What Potteryfieldz does, in plain language
Potteryfieldz is a residential real estate agency based on Rua XV de Novembro in central Curitiba. We handle property sales, long-term rentals, and formal valuations for individual clients — not developers, not bulk investors. Our work covers Curitiba's established neighbourhoods (Batel, Água Verde, Alto da Glória, Mercês) and the growing western corridor from Ecoville through Santa Felicidade. We have been operating since 2017 and have closed more than 230 transactions in that time. Our team is deliberately small: four agents and one administrative coordinator. That size is a choice. It means every client gets a named agent who knows their file, not a rotation of strangers. It also means we turn away instructions we cannot serve well rather than taking everything and delivering average results. If your property is outside our geography or your timeline is tighter than we can honestly meet, we say so at the first meeting.
How we work — and what we won't do
Our process starts with a confidential consultation — in our office, over a call, or by email, whichever suits you. We listen first and recommend second. For buyers, that means building a shortlist of no more than five properties before any viewings are arranged; we have found that fewer, better options lead to faster and more satisfied decisions than open-ended searches. For sellers, we prepare a written valuation grounded in the previous six months of Curitiba comparable sales, and we agree a communication protocol before listing — so you're never surprised by how your property is being presented. For landlords, we screen tenants against income documentation and rental history before presenting them to you, and we draft leases that comply with Brazil's Lei do Inquilinato without ambiguity. What we do not do: we do not manage commercial properties or industrial lots. We do not offer guaranteed sale timelines — Curitiba's market moves at its own pace, and anyone who promises otherwise is overpromising. We do not share client information with third parties for marketing purposes. The slate-professional approach you see reflected in everything from our office fit-out to our communications style isn't an aesthetic choice — it's the operating standard our clients expect and our team holds itself to.

Before any property goes to market or any offer is presented, we verify the full documentation chain — escritura, IPTU, and condominium clearance — so there are no late surprises.
